ou're not supposed to rush
yourself in the game of golf,
but if you want to get in on
Monarch Beach's new Royal
Crown Club and Junior
Crown Club memberships,
you'd better hurry.
The number of member-
ships available is limited
and time, as they say, is running
out.
"We've only got a handful left,"
said Junior Sperazza, Director of
Sales and Marketing.
The new memberships are in ad-
dition to Monarch Beach's popular
Crown Club, which offers members
up to 50 percent off guest fees as
well as the ability to book tee times
six days in advance online. Mem-
bers can also bring up to three
guests at the reduced member rate.
The Royal Crown membership is
$500 per year and includes the same
discounted rates on guest fees as
the Crown Club. However, Royal
Crown members can book up to 14
days in advance, and can bring up
to seven guests at the reduced
member rate.
As an example, the regular rates
at Monarch Beach range from $142-
$219 Monday-Thursday and $155-
$239 weekends and holidays, but
Crown and Royal club members
pay $85 and $109, respectively.
"We feel our memberships are the
best value in Orange County," Sper-
azza said. "It's a nice improvement
with the added benefits compared
to programs offered previously."
The Junior Crown membership is
$99 and juniors ages 17 and under
play for $10-$20 weekdays on a
walk-in basis, and $15-$30 on week-
ends and holidays.
